“I am a Driving Instructor, and I felt my back become more and more tense. It eventually pulled a muscle which was painful. I usually go to a chiropractor, but I wanted to try something different. I saw the May Thai Therapy shop near my house in Woolmer Green. It was so easy to book an appointment through their website. This was my second time after two weeks. I had Kornnie as my therapist and she was very friendly and professional. She was easy to talk to, asked me if I was okay regularly, as I was having the deep tissue sports massage. It can be a little bit uncomfortable, so Kornnie didn't want to be too hard. She has a great sense of humour, but for most of the time was quiet and focused on the massage. I only realised how tense certain muscles were until she massaged them. My session was for an hour and a half, and it went quicker than I thought! The experience seems to wake every muscle up, even every cell within them until there's a light tingling all over! I felt much looser and lighter, and very relaxed. Kornnie made sure I was well looked after, giving me a bottle of water to hydrate as I left. Thank you Kornnie! And thank you May Thai Therapy!”
