In a 4 Hands massage, two therapists work on you at the same time with synchronised Thai and oil techniques. With twice the hands, the experience is deeply immersive. It is hard to focus on anything except relaxing.

What to expect

Two therapists working on you at once, in harmony.

  1. Two therapists mirror each other’s movements.
  2. Thai pressure-point work, oil strokes and gentle stretches.
  3. Your choice of oil.

Add Ashiatsu: walking on the back (Ashiatsu) can be added to any massage on request, and it is very popular. Just ask when you book or arrive. What is Ashiatsu?

All treatments take place in a private room at our salon on London Road, Woolmer Green. We have our own car park behind the shop with room for 6 cars, plus free parking in the adjacent roads.

Four hands massage near London

We are not in London. Our only salon is in Woolmer Green, Hertfordshire. Great Northern trains run from London King’s Cross to Knebworth (check the timetable), and from there we are a 3-minute taxi ride away. Many clients make a trip of it.

“I am a Driving Instructor, and I felt my back become more and more tense. It eventually pulled a muscle which was painful. I usually go to a chiropractor, but I wanted to try something different. I saw the May Thai Therapy shop near my house in Woolmer Green. It was so easy to book an appointment through their website. This was my second time after two weeks. I had Kornnie as my therapist and she was very friendly and professional. She was easy to talk to, asked me if I was okay regularly, as I was having the deep tissue sports massage. It can be a little bit uncomfortable, so Kornnie didn't want to be too hard. She has a great sense of humour, but for most of the time was quiet and focused on the massage. I only realised how tense certain muscles were until she massaged them. My session was for an hour and a half, and it went quicker than I thought! The experience seems to wake every muscle up, even every cell within them until there's a light tingling all over! I felt much looser and lighter, and very relaxed. What is a four hands massage?

A massage given by two therapists at the same time, with mirrored movements. It costs £140 for 60 minutes.

Is 4 hands the same as a couples massage?

No. Couples massage is two people, each with one therapist (£135 for two). 4 Hands is one person with two therapists (£140).

Can I have Ashiatsu in a 4 hands massage?
